Not on a standard SIM. The Tracking Co fits MTN South African SIMs, and they stop connecting the moment a vehicle crosses the border. Roaming can be enabled on the same SIM before the vehicle travels — there is no need to swap hardware or fit a different SIM. Roaming data is billed month to month at MTN's roaming rates for the country the vehicle is in, on top of the R50 subscription.
